UK CUSTOMERS - FREE RETURNS

PLEASE NOTE: Earrings, Swimwear/Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT:

1. Please contact us by email or live chat to process your free return and obtain your returns reference from us.  We offer a full money back refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to return your item and refund you in full.  

2. We will arrange our partner DHL Express to collect the parcel from you.  We will require a 3 hour time slot and a weekday that you are available for collection.

 

If you would prefer to send the parcel back to us at your cost, then please send your return directly to:

3. Please ensure you return your unworn goods, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags and labels within 14 days of receipt.  The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

4. It can usually take up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed from receipt of the returned parcel.   You will receive an e-mail once your refund has been processed.    5. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, dependent on your bank/card issuer.  We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
