What is your returns policy?

Our returns policy is 14 days.

Do you provide free returns?

Yes we offer free return service to the UK.

You have asked me for further information due to security checks but you have taken money from my account for my order. Surely this should not happen if there was a security concern?

We asked for further information from you as all payments are upfront and then are security checked by the bank to prevent fraudulent activity over the web.
These checks are in place to help protect the card holder from fraud. Your order was highlighted by the bank for further security checks - thus we requested further information from you.

How do I go about returning an item?

Complete your returns note - Please tick refund or exchange next to your listed items, and select one of the reasons. Enclose this completed returns note within your parcel.   Attach the free postage returns label to the front of your parcel and send via the Post Office. Please click here to get your returns label directly from Royal Mail. Please remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
