Tips for measuring up: Use a fabric tape measure. Be relaxed and stood up straight. Use a mirror to assist you in making sure you are measuring all the correct points.  If possible ask someone to help this may give a more accurate measurement.

Bust:  place your arms by your sides and measure around the whole of your bosom at the fullest part.

Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your waist.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure the widest part of your hips.

DELIVERY PROCEDURE

  • Our couriers typically deliver Monday-Friday (or Saturday if selected). Please note Saturday is not classed as a working day.
  • You will receive a text/e-mail from the courier with tracking information.
  • A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left with a neighbour, the courier will take it back to the local depot and leave you a calling card telling you how you can pick it up or arrange re-delivery.

FURTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • We do not ship to BFPO or PO Box addresses.
  • We do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.
  • Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
  • We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
  • Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.
  • All orders are shipped from the UK.
  • Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has 
    reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
     
    Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. If you have any queries regarding customs 
    charges, you are advised to contact your local customs office.
  • No refunds will be given for goods seized by customs.

EXCLUSIONS:

Certain UK Postcodes are subject to different time scales and may be exempt from Next Day delivery. See exemptions below:

UK CUSTOMERS – FREE RETURNS SERVICE

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT (INCLUDES SALE ITEMS)

1. Complete your returns note - Please tick refund or exchange next to your listed items, and select one of the reasons. Enclose this completed returns note within your parcel. PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size/colour. Swimwear can only be accepted back if the hygiene strip has not been removed.  There may be a cost when exchanging your order to cover the delivery charges.


2. Our UK returns service is FREE - Attach the free postage returns label to the front of your parcel and send via the Post Office. Please click here to get your returns label directly from Royal Mail.  All returns are free for UK customers. Please remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

3. Have you lost your returns note or postage label? please contact:
customerservices@twentysixfashion.com for a new one. All returns are free for UK customers.

4. Please ensure you return your unworn goods, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags and labels within 14 days of receipt.  

5. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

6. All goods will be inspected on return.

7. It can usually take up to 7 days for your refund/exchange to be processed from receipt of the returned parcel.

8. You will receive an e-mail once your refund or exchange has been processed.

9. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, dependent on your bank/card issuer. 

10. We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

 

EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
